How to Access All Help Center Articles

Turn on Chrome's local network access to see the full Arcana Help Center.

If you can only see one Help Center article, or the Help Center doesn't load at all, your browser is most likely blocking the request. Signing in to Arcana first resolves it in most cases, and enabling Chrome's local network access resolves the rest.

How it works

Sign in first

  1. Sign in at app.arcana.io.

  2. Return to help.arcana.io and refresh the page.

If the full Help Center is now visible, you're done. If not, enable local network access below.

Enable local network access

  1. Open Arcana in Google Chrome.

  2. Click the site controls icon to the left of the Arcana URL.

  3. Enable "Local network".

  4. Refresh the Help Center page.

Allow access from the browser prompt

Chrome may display a prompt asking whether Arcana can access devices on your local network.

  1. Click "Allow".

  2. Refresh the Help Center page.

All Help Center articles should now be visible.

If the issue persists

If enabling "Local network" doesn't resolve it, ask your IT team to allow the domains listed in Intercom's Content Security Policy guide.
